RubyPrime Care Services Care is a family-run domiciliary care company serving the Ferndown (Dorset) area and surrounding communities. We work closely with district nurses, occupational therapists, GPs, and local councils to ensure that our care services are aligned with the highest standards of quality and effectiveness.
Compliments and Concerns Procedures
At RubyPrime Care Services Care, we welcome all feedback from our clients, as it helps us continuously improve our services. We have an open procedure for managing any complaints and concerns, and all our service users receive a copy of our procedures at the beginning of service. We strive to ensure that our clients feel comfortable voicing any concerns that may arise and encourage them to provide feedback, whether positive or constructive.
